We recommend the Nortel Modular Integrated Communication System, or MICS (also refered to as Nortel Meridian, or Norstar) over all others. The reasons for this are: mics

Reliability - Nortel has one of the best records in the industry for equipment reliability and durability. This means very little, if any, downtime for you; and less service calls from unhappy customers for us.
Scalability - The MICS can be configured from 1 to 144 telephone lines, and from 1 to 192 phone sets. It is capable of handling normal copper telephone lines, ISDN, or T-1. It can be integrated with voice mail, computer telephony, or any other telecommunication device that exists. These factors demonstrate that the MICS is a system that is hard to outgrow.

CallPilot 100

for Norstar Integrated Communications Systems is a state-of-the art messaging system for small to mid-sized businesses, with 10-40 mailbox users. CallPilot 100 is equipped with a built-in 10/100 Ethernet port, allowing connection to the LAN for advanced applications, including Auto Attendant, Customer Call Routing (CCR), Voice Mail, VPIM/AMIS Networking, Basic Call Center (Key-code activation), Web-based management, and IP connectivity.

Business Series Terminals are available in a multitude of options to suit your needs - from the front reception desk to the conference room, and anywhere in-between.
T7208 is uniquely suited for lower internal and higher external calling volume, such as reception areas, workstations with moderate call volumes and activity, and with shared telephone situations such as manufacturing plants, retail departments or repair centers.	T7100 is simply designed for low-traffic areas such as lobbies, office kitchens, reception rooms and break rooms.

	T7316 is a full-featured, multi-line telephone for feature-intense users such as, managers and executive professionals, as well as for centralized answering and administrative positions.

	T7316E with T24 add-on module is an expandable telephone that supports heavy call volumes with robust features and is ideal for administrative assistants, receptionists, and other centralized call answering positions. One to four T24 modules can be attached to add up to 96 additional memory buttons to support more lines, autodials or system features. If more extension need to be monitored an additional one to four T24 modules can be attached ( requires an external power supply) for a total of 192 autodial buttons.

T7406 is a full-featured, multi-line telephone for businesses that would benefit from a desk-centric mobility solution. It covers an area of up to 282,000 square feet and supports 1-6 employees, enabling your employees to be more productive while moving about the office.
